Propergation Management has managed the facilities of the The High Street Village – now known as Highstreet Tygervalley – since the completion of the development more than 15 years ago. Our services include security, cleaning, gardening and maintenance services. The High Street Village development is our biggest client and comprises 11696m2 of office and 8781m2 of retail space. Our maintenance team consists of skilled tradesman and technicians, and together with our centrally located workshop we are able to ensure a quick turn-around time on all call-outs. Every call-out is logged with a specific number to ensure that call-outs are dealt properly and timeously. We use sub-contractors for specialised tasks such as air conditioning, cleaning, security and gardening.
